Kareen Guillemin Mazy Sophrologue Réflexologue plantaire Naturopathe

I highly recommend Kareen, an excellent therapist who helped me tremendously during a difficult time in my life when pain was a daily occurrence. Her professionalism, kindness, and empathy are remarkable.

I have had the chance to receive several treatments with Ms. Guillemin Mazy, both in foot reflexology, naturopathy and sophrology. Her support is very gentle, always attentive and respectful of my pace. Each session is a real moment of refocusing, where I leave feeling soothed, re-energized and more in touch with myself. She has a caring approach. I recommend her with my eyes closed.

Kareen is a great professional whom I've had the good fortune to meet over the past few years. I appreciate the relevance of her treatments and advice, her versatility, her generosity, her creativity in proposing alternative approaches, including numerology, as well as her ability to adapt to my needs during each appointment.

Once a month, I meet with Kareen for a reflexology session about premenopause. I appreciate her professionalism, attentiveness, and sound advice. The sessions are tailored to my needs and support me both physically and emotionally. I highly recommend Kareen.

I've been going to Kareen for a little over six years for sophrology sessions, and I have nothing but positive things to say about them! Kareen is the best!! Very kind, attentive, gentle, with excellent advice, and so on. Kareen's sophrology sessions and her many tips helped me a lot after a difficult time, and I'm very grateful to her. I always look forward to the next appointment, and that's a good sign! I highly recommend her 😉

We are a family of 4 and we have been consulting Kareen for a few years for minor ailments that she knows how to relieve through reflexology. Recently, we consulted her for numerology sessions and it was amazingly true, relevant to better know ourselves and understand how our children function as well. In addition to her obvious professionalism, Kareen is a beautiful, always caring person who takes the time to give advice on how to be in alignment with oneself.

I have been seeing Kareen regularly for several years and for various Reflexology problems. She is someone I really appreciate for her gentleness, her attentiveness, and her soothing calm. I decided to do my numerology with her and I learned a lot about myself that allowed me to move forward. In fact, it's quite amazing! A big thank you to Kareen for her kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend her.

I booked an appointment with Kareen for numerology. It was a great first and I have no regrets! It was a very interesting and enriching experience! In addition, the welcome was very warm, pleasant and full of kindness! Thank you again for this moment☀️

I met Kareen when she started practicing sophrology in Le Gâvre through our children's school. Kareen is wonderful; I trust her blindly, and the friends I send her say thank you; she's just amazing. She's human. I could write pages about what a wonderful person Kareen is. But it's better to discover it for yourself. She has helped me, and continues to help me, move forward with greater peace of mind in my life. So you can trust her; she will guide you.

I have known Kareen for many years and her care has always been top notch. Whatever the problems in life, Kareen is always a reliable resource and she knows how to provide the necessary care. He was missing a string to his bow: being able to support his patients over a much longer period than a session. This is now done with his training as a numerologist. Knowing Kareen's seriousness, I put all my doubts aside and made an appointment without hesitation. The session was very rich, and very disturbing: Kareen was right every time. This long 1.5 hour session was well beyond my expectations and will serve as a guide for the entire year to come. Thank you Kareen for everything and congratulations on this new skill.

I've been seeing Kareen regularly for several years for foot reflexology. Each appointment is unique, a wonderful moment for myself, and I'm sure to find a very active listening ear each time so that she can "work" on the current sticking points. Kareen has recently expanded her knowledge with numerology. If you're deep in thought, experiencing doubts, or simply want to gain more insight into your life path, Kareen will guide you, always with tact and sensitivity. The session can be challenging, but so enriching. I felt I received invaluable help. Thank you so much, Kareen, for everything you bring me!

I have been doing sessions with Kareen for almost 9 years now. At the time, I had sophrology sessions which helped me enormously following a car accident, but also to gain self-confidence. Today I go there for foot reflexology sessions, to work on different physical points, as well as for anxiety. And it is a real help! Kareen is a very gentle and caring person. She excels in her profession, and I would recommend her to anyone, with my eyes closed!
